The Mainland Study Tour is a compulsory and important part in the subject of Citizenship and Social Development. Including learning elements of Chinese culture and achievements of China. 

 

The Tour was firstly initiated in 2022-2023 and held in Guangzhou and Shenzhen. Precious study opportunities have been provided for students to experience local habits and lifestyle, appreciate precious historical sites and relics, as well as explore the development and changes of Chinese culture in modern society from multiple perspectives. Students are required to conduct project learning for the Mainland Study Tour afterwards to demonstrate their learning and self-reflection. 

 

Throughout the trip in China, the talents of students were witnessed and the potentials have been unlocked. There are always many possibilities in students’ learning journey without the restriction of geographical boundaries.
